Designing my final design, I took the photograph from my previous painting: “Autumn”. After developing I scanned it on to my computer and started designed changed the colours and transformed the shape. After that, I designed elements from my imagination, to design my final piece.

No. 143 ‘Seasonal Winds’ is the title for the whole composition which contains 5 separate paintings. Every piece was created at different times, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2009, with separate titles for each one. Four smaller works at the same size (40 x 30cm) and one larger piece (50 x 60cm). The smallest paintings were created using mixed media, such as oil and acrylic paint as well as parts of vintage jewellery, like beads etc... http://www.mucharska.me.uk/arts/Wiatry- small.jpg They represent seasonal winds: ‘Spring Wind’ ‘Summer Breeze’, ‘Autumn Wind’, ‘Winter Gail’, These four paintings represent a whole year and are meant to hang one above the other in order. The fifth and largest painting is called: ‘Wind’ (50 x60cm.) and contains some of the designs from all of the other four paintings, such as leaves from autumn, flowers from spring, snowflakes from winter, etc... I have personalized ‘Wind’ by using a male human face, a photograph taken by me, which was then computer generated and brought to the upper right hand corner of the canvas. The last piece will hang on the right side and above the other four.

"When I look at the painting, it really does bring to mind that this is what would happen in a Spring Wind. It looks as if the flowers and the beads in the painting are really being lightly tossed by a Spring Wind. The colors are absolutely beautiful. The painting also reminds me of a garden that is blooming in Spring. It is just the type of garden that one could pick a beautiful bouquet of flowers for that special someone. In my opinion, this painting would really bring life and color to any decor. The colors are maginificent in the order in which they are arranged. Looking at the painting, it seems to say "pick me". I have no problem with what is displayed in this painting, nor the way that it is displayed. Everything blends in to make it one lovely piece of art work, It has a kind of wismical affect about it, but that is also one of the traits that I like about it. The blending of the colores and the brush strokes really make this paintint something that will always make this work stand out as a beautiful work of art. It is a work that seems to pop out at you. The painting is like a rainbow of colors that demand attention. It stands out in a way that it would easily be noticed it put in a setting with other paintings. As I stated earlier, I see nothing about this painting that I can label as negative.
